Opposites? Reversals?

Or just… clichés?

I’ve been musing about this—for want of a better word—*phrase* I learnt from her blog: “Don’t fear change; instead, change your fears.”

Similar is: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”

Something in Malay: “Sembahyanglah kamu, sebelum kamu disembahyangkan.”

Something I just made up on the way to work: “Seek truth, before truth seeks you”.

They follow a certain pattern, and I think that’s pretty cool.

Do you have one to add?

It is not because things are difficult that we don’t dare, it is because we don’t dare that things are difficult.

To the world you are just one person, but to one person you are the world.

okay dah lah i cant think of anymore.

  3. God, this came from the nickname of a Chinese friend:

Baik kita jadi orang yang penting, tapi lebih penting kita jadi orang yang baik.
