War
This page is part of my effort against artists who propagate depravity, especially with regards to sex. Such artists include, but are not limited to, those who portray, personally or otherwise, lewdness in their song lyrics or music videos, and those who promote, directly or indirectly, sexual promiscuity or hedonism in their song lyrics or music videos. With reference to music videos, lewdness is not limited to explicit sexual acts, but can include or anything suggestive of sex, for example, indecent postures, gestures, and appearances.
‘Killed’ here can be taken both as figurative and literal. Whilst it is perhaps sufficient to eliminate their products from public circulation and ban them from the industry, I personally feel that they themselves should be eliminated from existence for having waged a war against moral standards that form the basis for a healthily functioning society. Their products, as you can observe, are not subtle cultural artifacts of artistic value, as defendants might propose; they are blatant and calculated efforts to corrupt human conscience as to what is desirable and what is normal.
The harms of widespread lewdness to society will not be discussed at length here. The arguments against it are pretty much the same as arguments against pornography, in that anyone who is opposed to pornography should by the same logic oppose lewdness in music and music videos. Put roughly, both products are designed to stir human fantasies in ways that defile the institutional sacredness of sex. (See In rejection of lewdness.)
It would be in the interest of the public to blacklist the artists who are culpable for producing such harmful products. However, our selections for blacklisting should not be based on hearsay or superficial impressions. Fortunately, hard proof is not hard to find. I present below, a list of artists, and corresponding evidences that prove their culpability beyond any doubt.
